How this list is built
Every item available on Wowhead Forever for this phase is scored with the Holy Priest stat weights (the WoWSims Forever preset “Holy Single-Target”), and the best combination is kept, checking caps and set bonuses on the whole set. Procs and use effects get an estimated value. Bonuses that only work against one creature type or in one place count for nothing: the list aims for gear that works everywhere. Updated 2026-10-19, after each new game build.
